Can Ohio Beat the Opioid Crisis? | Ohio Book Talks

Despite the odds, Ohio communities have come together to help those struggling with addiction. Author Jack Shuler will discuss how Ohio is combatting the opioid crisis, which is the subject of his new book THIS IS OHIO: THE OVERDOSE CRISIS AND THE FRONT LINES OF A NEW AMERICA (Counterpoint Press, 2020). This lecture and conversation will be held via Zoom meeting.

Ohio Book Talks is a new series of author-led discussions of new books covering different periods in Ohio history. Programs are presented by Buckeye Book Fair with the support of Ohio Humanities.
