Make the Most of the Buckeye Book Fair
Educators and librarians are the heart of Ohio’s literary community, and we’re proud to offer two meaningful ways for you to engage with the Buckeye Book Fair this year. Whether you’re building your classroom or library collection, or looking to inspire readers through a live author visit, these programs are designed with you in mind.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 1st, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, and join us at the Greystone Event Center in Wooster for the annual Buckeye Book Fair. This beloved celebration brings together more than 100 authors and illustrators from across Ohio and beyond, signing their newest works and meeting readers of all ages. With over 300 titles on offer, including a wide range of genres, age levels, and books, you’ll find stories that speak to every shelf and every student.
Two Ways to Participate:
📚 1. Save 20% with our Educator Discount + Pre-Order Option
We’re pleased to offer a 20% discount to all librarians and educators. To receive this discount, simply shop at the Book Fair and pay with a purchase order or a letter of authorization on school or library letterhead. For added ease, you can pre-order your selections by emailing buckeyebookfair@gmail.com by 3:00 pm on Thursday, October 30. We’ll have your discounted books packed and ready for pick-up by 3:00 pm on the day of the Fair.
🎤 2. Host a Buckeye Book Fair Author or Illustrator Visit
Bring the magic of books into your building by hosting one of our participating authors or illustrators. These visits spark a love of reading and writing through engaging presentations, hands-on workshops, and meaningful connections with young readers.
